Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same business day (Monday–Friday), or the next available business day, subject to stock availability.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. While we strive for timely delivery, delivery times are not considered an essential term of the contract.

If you fail to accept delivery or provide incorrect delivery details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and retain the products. In such cases, we will refund the product cost but retain the delivery charge.

If there is a delivery issue or error, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt. We are not liable for any loss or damage if you fail to report issues within this timeframe.

Returns & Refunds

• Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unopened and seals remain intact.
• If a product has been opened or used, we cannot accept returns due to potential product degradation.
